Eileen Keller, MA LMHC
I am a licensed mental health counselor and have a Masters degree in counseling psychology. I have been in private practice in Shelton, Washington, since 1995. I also teach mindfulness meditation classes in Shelton and Olympia.
My philosophy is that we all have the capacity to heal, embodying and expressing our unique gifts. When confronted with the inevitable challenges of life, we need a safe place to be with our whole selves and rediscover our innate wisdom and strengths. Though I have been trained in many modalities, an open-hearted, mindful approach informs and directs all aspects of my work. I will guide you to observe your internal experience from a non-judgmental place of awareness, so that you may clearly see your situation, reactions, obstacles to change, and the possible solutions within you. |
My intention is to create a safe space with you – whether you are facing the impact of trauma and abuse, chronic illness, grief and loss, major life transitions, or simply want to deepen your sense of well-being.
I would enjoy the opportunity of working together. |
